At Jaworski6726, we aim to provide our customers with a smooth and transparent return and refund process. All products purchased directly from us are eligible for return or refund under the following conditions.
Eligibility for Returns
Products are eligible for return if all of the following conditions are met:
- Return Window: Requests must be submitted within 14 days from the date of delivery, and the merchandise must reach our warehouse within 30 days of delivery.
- Condition of Item: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing components not caused by us are not eligible.
- Restocking Fee: A 5% restocking fee applies to all returns.
- Customer Responsibility for Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs.
Important: Items returned outside of these conditions may be refused.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.

- Full name and domestic US mailing address
- Order number, purchase date, and purchase location
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- Photo of your receipt
- Lot number (found in the warning block or on the bottom of the original package)
We will review your submission and provide return instructions and an approved return address.
Return Shipping Process
- Do not ship items back to the original delivery address. The return address will be provided via email after your request is reviewed and approved.
- Use trackable shipping or shipping insurance for high-value items. We are not responsible if the item is lost in transit.
- Keep your tracking number for reference until the refund is complete.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected:
- You will receive a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of the return.
- We will notify you if the refund is approved or rejected.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.
- Refunds are typically completed within 5–10 business days after approval.
Note: The restocking fee and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
Additional Notes
- Only merchandise returned in compliance with our instructions will qualify for a refund.
- Refunds may be delayed due to bank processing times or holidays.
- For exchanges, contact us to arrange a replacement for the same item.
